RE: Petition No. 81 was filed with the court on April 7th, 2006; it
provides the Receiver's recommendation for each claim submitted. A letter and a
copy of the report was sent to each claimant on April 13th, 2006.

Sentencing of Robert Dillie: March 13, 2006
On March 13, 2006 U.S. (Federal) District Cour Judge David Campbell
sentenced Robert Roy Dillie to 121 month of incarceration in connection with
this plea agreement for money laundering and wire fraud. Mr. Dillie is to
report to the Bureau of Prisons on April 14, 2006 to commence this 121
month sentece.
